Ambulance: 000

Lifeline: 13 11 14

Kids Helpline: 1800 551 800

FINANCIAL SUPPORT

We strive to break down the financial barrier that exists to getting help for an eating disorder through providing relief for:

  • Medical appointments, including psychology, psychiatry and GP

  • Private Health Insurance

  • Treatment related travel costs

To apply for financial assistance, please contact us with some information regarding your situation, treatment expenses and a letter from your GP, psychologist or psychiatrist.

We are here to answer any questions regarding your first points of call for getting help, how to support a struggling friend of family member, and any other concerns you may have regarding your treatment.

Knowing where to begin in accessing help can be one of the most difficult and daunting steps in recovery.

We hope to guide you through this process by helping you navigate the system and connecting you with health professionals in your area.

While we are not qualified to give medical advice, we can point you in the right direction of those who can and offer support from a lived experience perspective.
